The property, located in a scenic setting in Erkner on the south-eastern outskirts of Berlin, was recently completed.

The plot, which is around 1,300 m² in size and has not been built on to date, is in a beautiful location in the residential district of Grunewald and will soon be transferred from long-standing family ownership to the ownership of a successful Berlin entrepreneurial family.
