RHE sells Wilhelminian residential building in Berlin-Schöneberg

In the course of an off-market transaction, the Berlin investment brokerage house RHE Grundbesitz successfully sold a stately Wilhelminian apartment building in Berlin-Schöneberg to a private investor.
The building, which is in a popular neighborhood near Viktoria-Luise-Platz and has almost 30 apartments, balconies and a green inner courtyard, does not need to be renovated.

“This is an excellent first investment property for our client, in a great location, in good condition and well managed. With rents in line with the rent index at just under 10 € / m², this property has potential for the future,” says Hassan Tohme, senior real estate agent at RHE.
