RHE sells residential complex with 160 apartments in Berlin

In the Berlin district of Tempelhof-Schöneberg, the owner-managed real estate investment house RHE Grundbesitz KG can report a new transaction. A residential complex with 160 apartments in a popular residential area in the Berlin district of Tempelhof-Schoeneberg is changing hands from a private investor from Bavaria to a real estate company from Lower Saxony.

The acquisition was made entirely from own funds. Further details are to remain confidential until the transaction is closed.

“Congratulations on securing a large number of apartments in one fell swoop. For the buyer, however, this is only the beginning of the portfolio expansion – by the middle of next year he wants to invest up to 400 million euros in Berlin,” says Leonard Rieck, shareholder of RHE Grundbesitz.
