RHE sells residential & commercial building near Rathaus Neukölln

The owner-managed real estate investment company from Berlin’s Koenigsallee has brokered a residential and commercial building in a top residential area in Neukölln.
The Wilhelminian style rental house located between Karl-Marx-Straße and Sonnenallee comes from the ownership of a foreign real estate fund; The buyer is a German start-up millionaire.
