RHE sells a residential complex in Neuseddin near Potsdam

Residential buildings in the surrounding areas of the capital remain interesting despite the interest rate level. The Berlin real estate investment house RHE Grundbesitz reports another successful placement.

A well-kept residential complex from the 1990s with around 50 apartments is now in the ownership of a private investor from Switzerland; the gross initial yield is around 5%.

“About a year ago we were commissioned by the investor to specifically search for apartment buildings in the Potsdam region. We are pleased that we have found what we were looking for for our client for the second time with this placement,” says Hassan Tohme, senior employee at RHE.
