RHE Immobilien sells a Wilhelminian residential building in Oranienburg

Real estate is still being purchased in the so-called suburbs around the capital. The Berlin investment brokerage house RHE Grundimmobilien is currently reporting a successful deal in Oranienburg, a district town with around 50,000 inhabitants just a few kilometers north of Berlin.

There, a stately Wilhelminian residential building changes from fund ownership to the ownership of a property company owned by D.K. Real Estate GmbH, which is backed by Berlin investor Dennis Kowtzun. The classic old building is located in the city center and offers considerable potential in re-letting vacant properties in need of modernization as well as converting the attic into new living space.

“With Mr. Kowtzun, we were able to present the owner with the perfect buyer for the property, who was an efficient transaction partner with his uncomplicated approach and purchase using his own funds. The investor has extensive experience in renovating existing buildings and is therefore exactly the right person for this architecturally beautiful building. Oranienburg’s excellent transport connections were the final deciding factor in his purchase decision,” says Hassan Tohme, a senior employee at RHE.

The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price.
