RHE sells residential complex with 350 units in Saxony-Anhalt

The real estate company RHE Grundbesitz, which specializes in brokering investment properties, reports the sale of a large residential complex with 350 units in Saxony-Anhalt. The solid buildings from the 1990s are located in the medium-sized town of Wernigerode, a state-approved resort in the Harz district, close to the border of Lower Saxony.

Almost all apartments in the complex have been renovated in the last 10 years and are equipped with balconies and new windows. The average rent in the apartments today is 5.50 € / m² net cold.

The buyer of the property is a private investor from Berlin. The seller was advised by the real estate company Stadtpalais Berlin Grundbesitzverkauf. The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price.

“The location works well and with an occupancy rate of almost 100%, the already energetically renovated facilities speak for themselves. Congratulations to both sides for this successful deal,” says Hassan Tohme, senior employee at RHE.
