RHE sells Wilhelminian residential building with 50 apartments in Berlin-Friedrichshain

Even in a changed market environment, Berlin remains exciting for investors. The Berlin real estate investment house RHE Grundbesitz recently brokered another apartment building, this time in the trendy district of Friedrichshain. The stately building from 1905 with around 50 apartments is close to the Storkower Straße S-Bahn station and is currently changing hands with a private investor.

The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price.

Our customer was not only convinced by the popular neighborhood location in the Samaritan district, but also by the energy indicators, which are excellent for an old building. The facility is connected to the district heating network and recently received new windows. It’s actually a very solid investment with an initial return of around 4%,” says Hassan Tohme, senior manager at RHE.
