RHE sells building plot in Berlin-Grunewald
The plot, which is around 1,300 m² in size and has not been built on to date, is in a beautiful location in the residential district of Grunewald and will soon be transferred from long-standing family ownership to the ownership of a successful Berlin entrepreneurial family.
‘Ohne Makler’ only problems
Last Friday, Immobilien Zeitung announced in its newsletter that the German online platform ohne-makler.net intends to become Europe’s largest digital platform for real estate sales and rentals in a joint venture with the Czech real estate marketplace Bezrealitky, thus making brokers in Europe superfluous.
