RHE sells residential and commercial building in Berlin-Wilmersdorf
The owner-managed real estate investment company RHE Grundbesitz from Berlin has brokered a residential and commercial building in Berlin-Wilmersdorf. The Art Nouveau old building, located near Volkspark Wilmersdorf, has been privately owned for many years and was brokered into the portfolio of a West German institutional investor. The purchase was made entirely from own funds.
The purchase parameters for the property were a price per square meter of €2,350/m² and a multiplier of 22.
