RHE sells corner apartment building in Berlin-Gesundbrunnen

The owner-managed real estate investment company RHE Grundbesitz from Koenigsallee in Berlin-Grunewald has sold a Wilhelminian-era corner apartment building in Berlin-Gesundbrunnen.

The buyer is a Berlin entrepreneur who was able to acquire the solid building from 1900 from private ownership.
