RHE sells exclusive apartments at the East Side Gallery

The real estate investment house RHE Grundimmobilien has brokered a portfolio of condominiums in a representative new building on the East Side Gallery near the Mercedes-Benz Arena in Berlin-Friedrichshain.

The seller is a Swiss investor. The buyers want to keep the apartments long-term and rent them out. The well-thought-out and architecturally appealing building has, among other things, a concierge service.

Given the high demand for such apartments in Berlin, the rental yield is likely to be around 5%.
