RHE sells two residential building plots in Berlin and Brandenburg, thereby achieving the best annual result in the company’s history

Shortly before the end of a turbulent year, the realty investment house RHE Grundbesitz sold two building plots in Berlin and Brandenburg to a family office in Lower Saxony.

Around 100 apartments are expected to be built at both locations in 2024/25.

The owner-managed brokerage company from Berlin-Grunewald, which has been in existence for 15 years, is writing the best year in the company’s history with the two transactions.
