RHE Grundbesitz sells light industrial property in Berlin
The Berlin real estate investment house RHE Grundbesitz reports the brokerage of a light industrial property in Berlin-Neukölln. The rented building with more than 6,000 m² of total rental space is now being transferred from the portfolio of a German project developer to the ownership of a private investor from Hamburg with strong equity capital.
“Our customer is solidly positioned and does not rely on external financing. He prevailed against his competitors and was able to complete the property inspection within 14 days. The decisive factors for the purchase decision were the good location on the edge of the city center, the transport connections and the infrastructure of the nearby area. The quality of the tenant also played a crucial role in the current challenging times. I can only congratulate him on purchasing this property, which has a high yield of over 7.5%,” says Delano Kyles, CEO of RHE.
