RHE Grundbesitz achieves a transaction volume of around 400 million in 2022
The owner-managed investment brokerage house RHE Grundbesitz from Koenigsallee in Berlin reports an increased transaction volume of around €400 million for the past year 2022 compared to the previous year. Across Germany, around 40 individual transactions were successfully initiated and supported until they were successfully implemented. The buyers of the properties, most of which are located in A and B cities, were private, commercial and institutional investors.
The proportion of placements at smaller locations in the Berlin commuter belt and in the federal state of Brandenburg has also increased. The proportion of residential real estate was around 75% overall.
“2022 was also a turbulent year for us with major changes, a turning point that entailed great challenges for the future. We are all pleased about this success, which would not have been possible without our personal network and the trust of our customers.”
The management of RHE is confident about the development in 2023 despite the changed conditions.
“In the course of the year we expect the interest rate environment to calm down, solid residential properties in inner-city locations are and will continue to be in demand. We ourselves will intensify our activities in the top 7 cities in Germany such as Hamburg, Frankfurt/Main, Düsseldorf etc. Where our customers are currently still unsure, we advise with even more quality. The driving force for this is and will always be our own aspiration to continuously improve and get better,” says Delano Kyles, Managing Partner of RHE.
