RHE sells residential & office building in Berlin to family office
The real estate investment house RHE Grundbesitz from Koenigsallee in Berlin-Grunewald has once again mediated with one of its equity-strong family offices. The Wilhelminian residential building with 34 apartments and nine commercial units in a sought-after location in Berlin-Wilmersdorf was sold by a German real estate fund in the course of an off-market transaction.
“We are always looking for and finding exactly such properties for our family offices. The quality of the location, the Wilhelminian architecture and the good condition make this building a perfect addition to the family portfolio. In fact, there were just four weeks between the first inspection and the certification, and of course that only works if the due diligence is professional and deal-oriented.
