Where is the summer lull?

In the last two weeks we have brokered four deals, so there is no sign of a summer lull so far!

Residential properties were sold in Berlin and the surrounding area – in Wilmersdorf, Kreuzberg, Lichtenberg and Erkner.

The capital’s real estate market is attracting numerous buyers again! In addition, in contrast to last year, significantly more purchase offers are being made in almost all ongoing sales processes.

The increasing demand is once again creating real market prices and so the multipliers of the properties we brokered were 19 to 23 times, which corresponds to square meter prices of €2,000 to €4,500 for a residential complex completed a few years ago.
