RHE sells a new residential complex in the capital
The owner-managed brokerage firm RHE Grundimmobilien reports a successful brokerage in one of the best city locations in Berlin.
Around 70 recently completed apartments in the well-known Park am Gleisdreieck
are changing hands these days. The seller of the complex, with around 25% subsidized social housing, is a German family office that RHE exclusively commissioned with the brokerage.
The buyer is the M&G European Living Property Fund, which is now taking over the property, located near Potsdamer Platz, into its portfolio.
The transaction was carried out as part of a share deal; the purchase price corresponds to approximately € 6,800 per square meter of living space.
