RHE sells residential portfolio in Berlin-Neukölln
RHE Grundbesitz has brokered three apartment buildings in the trendy district of Neukölln to a foreign family office. The buildings near the Karl-Marx-Strasse underground station have a total of around 90 rented apartments and commercial units with average rents of €8.50 net. The seller had already prepared a possible expansion of the attic storey in recent years. The final expansion is scheduled for 2024.
“With these solid rental houses from the years of construction around 1900 and 1930, there are no significant CapEx measures to be taken in the short or medium term. We are pleased to have found another suitable investment for our bank-independent customer,” says Hassan Tohme, senior real estate agent at RHE.
The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price.
