RHE Grundbesitz brokers residential building portfolio with 200 units in Berlin
The Berlin brokerage house RHE Grundbesitz reports another transaction in the capital, in which seven Wilhelminian rental houses in inner-city locations will soon have a new owner. The buyer is a foreign family office that invests in good locations, attractive architecture and the future potential of the property.
The acquisition took place almost entirely from own funds, the transaction volume is in the mid 8-digit range.
“Where others see risks, our investor sees opportunities. Despite the rise in interest rates, the acquisition of well-managed apartment buildings remains an issue for our customers, especially in the capital,” says Hassan Tohme, real estate manager at RHE.
The parties have agreed not to disclose further details of the transaction.
