We recently successfully brokered the sale of a residential complex in Brandenburg an der Havel to one of our investors.
Dating back to the 1960s and comprising approximately 50 apartments with a total living area of 2,750 m², the complex stands out due to its stable occupancy, apartment sizes that meet market demand, balconies for every unit, and an overall well-maintained condition.
The achieved price per square meter was around €1,400.
The buyer is pursuing a highly active acquisition strategy and is seeking comparable residential complexes suitable for subdivision into individual ownership units (WEG-Aufteilung) and subsequent individual sales.
We are specifically looking for:
- Residential complexes in the regions of Berlin, Leipzig, Dresden, Hamburg, Düsseldorf, Mönchengladbach, Freiburg, and Frankfurt am Main, as well as their surrounding areas
- 10 to 50 residential units per building
- Potential for rental growth
- Rental yields starting at approx. 5.5%
- Existing or potential for future subdivision into individual ownership units (WEG-Aufteilung)
