RHE Grundbesitz sells 600-unit residential portfolio in Berlin
Berlin-based real estate investment firm RHE Grundbesitz has successfully brokered the sale of a residential complex comprising approximately 600 units in Berlin. The property was previously owned by a German institutional investor. The buyer is an internationally active private equity firm.
With this mandate, RHE Grundbesitz continues its activities in the area of large-scale residential real estate transactions and confirms its position as a specialized partner for institutional sellers and international investors in the Berlin market.
The parties involved have agreed to maintain confidentiality regarding the purchase price and other details of the transaction for the time being.
