RHE sells Apartment Building in Berlin-Pankow

We recently brokered the sale of a well-maintained apartment building in a prime residential location near Schönhausen Palace in Berlin’s Pankow district.

The buyer is a Berlin-based family business that intends to hold the property long-term.

The sale was conducted in close coordination with all parties involved and was successfully completed within the agreed timeframe.

The parties have agreed to maintain confidentiality regarding the purchase price.
