RHE Grundbesitz sells building plot for 400 apartments in Berlin-Pankow
With another transaction, the owner-managed real estate company RHE Grundbesitz is strengthening its market position as a professional broker of project developments in the capital region:
Another large building plot for new residential construction has been brokered; this time in the northern Berlin district of Pankow. With the building permit already in place, construction of approximately 400 apartments is planned.
For reasons of confidentiality, no further information regarding the location or contract details will be released at this time.
The green, quiet surroundings with the nearby S-Bahn connection and a project that is well-thought-out in every respect were the deciding factors. The investor will begin construction of the apartments next year.
