RHE Grundbesitz brokers Wilhelminian residential building in an exclusive location in Berlin-Mitte to a family office

The brokerage company RHE Grundbesitz, which specializes in brokering investment properties, can announce another sales success.

The company recently successfully brokered a rental property in an exclusive location in Berlin-Mitte with 14 apartments and 2 commercial units, divided in the land register, to a German family office.

The property, which dates back to 1910 and is located near Zionskirchplatz, offers the opportunity to privatize or increase in value by renting out vacant units.

The parties have agreed not to disclose further details of the transaction.
