RHE sells a new residential complex on the outskirts of Berlin

The property, located in a scenic setting in Erkner on the south-eastern outskirts of Berlin, was recently completed.

50 rented apartments with fitted kitchens, terraces or balconies are now changing hands with an institutional investor. The apartments achieve average net rents of 18 euros per square meter.
